Disabilities can make traveling a daunting and difficult task. We are here to help make traveling easy, and support you through your Journey.
0115 - Daily Tasks/Shared Living
This is focused on helping develop and enhance clients domestic skills, ultimately helping client become self-sufficient. This includes teaching daily tasks and other silks required to become self-sufficient.
0125 - Participate Community
Our fully trained staff will help clients participate with the greater community, helping them to actively engage within the wider community.
0117 - Development-Life Skills
This is focused on helping clients with independence, enhancing clients problem solving skills, empowering clients to learn life skills and participate independently in the community.
0120 - Household Tasks
Assistance in tasks clients can’t perform on their own and helping clients access high quality in-home support, this includes but not limited to:
- House cleaning
- Garden maintenance
- Meal preparation
- House maintenance
0106 - Assist-Life Stage, Transition
This involves assistance within, but not limited to the client's home. This can include:
- Overnight support,
- Supervision of personal tasks for skills development
- Client goal setting and execution
- Personal growth and development
0116 - Innov Community Participation
Helping clients develop confidence and self-awareness. Further focused on helping clients:
- Develop new interests and skills
- Improve ability to problem solve
- Increase clients self confidence

Helping clients create enriching friendships and connections by helping them participate in recreational activities and accompanying clients during activities.
